In 2015, 45 women from 36 different countries, all now living in Bad Oldesloe, Germany, took part in the mosaic Project: in-Case. During small group meetings i photographed a personal belonging from each person, an object connected to their homeland which they´d brought to germany when they moved here. The photos were fired as ceramic transfers onto tiles and then incorporated into the mosaics. The original photos, plus the stories behind the objects were printed in a small book, a free copy of which each woman received. Funding for materials came from the Stadt Bad Oldesloe and Oldesloer Spendenparlament.
